Kick-off meeting of the SWAN-on-chip project

Swan-on-chip is a brand new European Funded project dedicated to low-power spintronics wireless autonomous node (SWAN) integrated circuits developed via the spintronics technology accelerator platform.

The project kicked off in October in Portugal, under the coordination of INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory with 8 partners from different European countries. The event was a hybrid online/in-person event, in which the consortium met and discussed the challenges and potential for the Spintronics Autonomous Wireless Node for future emerging technologies.

The aim of the SWAN-on-chip project is to explore and optimise a variety of spintronic technologies which range from low-risk technologically mature to highly disruptive next-generation devices.
